Found this scrap of concrete ply in the storage room and the texture looked interesting; figured it might be good to paint on so I tried it out…and I’m liking it.

I enjoyed painting the tree very much…Anyway, thank you for sticking around and I wish you guys a merry holiday season. Geez, I can’t get in the internet a lot thesedays cuz where I’m at right now, it’s hard to find a decent connection..so to the new people, don’t expect too much but thanks for the follow.

Making a few illustrations for the product report tomorrow. I know printing the picture would be so much easier but this new job is taking so much of my time that I don’t have any left for painting anymore and every time I get home after work, I feel too tired to do something artsy. So I’m grabbing this chance to pick the old brushes and watercolor again to meet my dose of art even if it’s just an illustration of a damn remote control.

This is definitely not the last time I paint galaxies. I’m currently enjoying it.

On a not so related topic, I got a job!! (Yay! Broke days no more!) I was busy processing legal papers and pre-employment requirements so I haven’t given all my attention to this piece. I hope I wouldn’t have to sacrifice my painting hours for this new job because, for me, art comes first. After all, I only took the job so I have something to do every time my creativity is on a temporary absence. Hahah.
