Frida Kahlo

Reading Frida (the life of Frida Kahlo). It’s extremely entertaining and at the same time inspiring….also rebellious and narcissistic but insightful. It’s the kind of story that makes you want to believe great things can happen to you, too. “Genius” is not born polished. Even the great people had their share of mischief. Frida tells me that great artists were once amateurs, too. It’s normal to feel like crap sometimes and that it’s never too “evil” to have a filthy vocabulary.
